Under Deconstruction
takes a selection of tracks from Tunisia's
lush Two
False Idols album, and strips them down in an intimate
live setting.
This EP documents a Sunday afternoon gathering in
the studio, with a small audience of friends and family. Gone are
eight guitars where one can do. Choirs are replaced by nothing.
Orchestras are kindly shown the door. And stay out. The result is
not dissimilar to the Tunisia duo gigs of late 2006. |
Under Deconstruction
is being made freely available for download, as DRM-free mp3s
(160 kbps or 320 kbps CR).
That's right. No catch!

My name is Ben
Craven of Tunisia.
Why am I doing this?
- I want these songs to be heard, first and foremostly. So here they
are, and anyone can download them. Simple.
- The debate over illegal downloading continues. As an independent
artist wishing to make a living, it's easy to buy into the culture
of fear perpetuated by the major record companies. However as a music
listener, I argue there are benefits for artists making music freely
available. So it's time to put my money where my mouth is.
- I hope anyone who enjoys these tracks will also be interested in
checking out the original Two
False Idols album.

ingenious here and, as such, ‘cinematic rock’ is pretty much
a perfect description." HardRockHouse.com
